genuinely fascinating :-Dreminds me of what a few guys have done on trumpet (kelley, evans, dixon...) - there are comparisons could be made with other reed players too, but i don't think i've heard anyone make an alto sound exactly like that before!
@centrifugeYeah!You are right about Dixon and Kelley on trumpet but George Lewis & Albert Mangelsdorff on Trombone as well.She also can blow the hell out of the sax.
